California Proposition 65 Warning
WARNING: Products sold by San Antonio Patch Co., specifically PVC (soft rubber) patches and keychains, may contain chemicals such as Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP), which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.
While our products are cured and stable, we provide this warning to ensure compliance with California Health & Safety Code Section 25249.6.

San Antonio Patch Co. adheres to the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) of 2008 standards.
Embroidery
Our polyester threads and twill backings are lead-free and safe for use on general apparel and children’s uniforms (Age 12 and under).
PVC/Rubber
For custom PVC orders intended specifically for children’s use, clients must request a ‘Phthalate-Free’ molding formulation at the time of quoting to ensure full regulatory compliance.
Berry Amendment (Military Procurement)
San Antonio is a military hub. You must clarify if your patches are made in the USA to avoid “Contract Fraud.”

For US Department of Defense (DoD) contracts requiring 100% US-made materials (Berry Amendment Compliance), please contact our government sales team. These orders are manufactured strictly within the United States and require specific lead times and pricing.
